Strong Pressure Ball Press Machine

Strong pressure ball press machine is a kind of machine compressing powder material into ball. Strong pressure ball press machine is widely used. It can be used for the granulating or balling of a variety of powdery materials.

After improving the strong pressure ball machine for many years, compared with other similar products, it has the obvious advantages, such as high balling rate, small power consumption, compact structure, convenient maintenance and debugging and so on.


To meet the requirements of material molding, pre-pressure screw uses electromagnetic speed regulating motor whose speed controlling mode is manual, and users can properly change the rotating speed of pre-pressure machine to make it achieve the highest balling rate and maximum capacity according to the balling situation. After the compressed material is sieved by the sieving machine, qualified pellets are packaged, and undersize material returns into storehouse and mixes with new material for briquetting once again.


Structure of Strong Pressure Ball Press Machine

(1) Feeding part

Feeding part is mainly used for realizing quantitative feeding to make sure that materials evenly go into the space between the two rollers. The spiral feeder machine is driven by electromagnetic variable-speed motor through belt pulley and worm reducer to force the materials to be pressed into the main feeding mouth. Due to the constant torque of the electromagnetic variable-speed motor, when the pressing amount of the spiral feeder machine is the same with the needed material amount by the main engine, stable material supplying pressure can be ensured to stabilize the quality of the pellet. If the material supplying amount is high, the electricity of the feeder machine will be overload; if the material supplying amount is low, the materials will not be able to be pressed to pellet. For this reason, skillful operation technique is an important condition to ensure the normal work of ball press machine.

(2) Drive part

The main transmission system includes motor, V-belt, reducer, open gear and roller. The electromagnetic variable-speed motor will provide power for the electric motor and through belt pulley and cylindrical gear reducer, the power will be transmitted to driving shaft through the rod pin coupling. The driving shaft and driven shaft are ensured to operate synchronously through open gear. Behind the driven bearing pedestal, there is hydraulic equipment. The hydraulic protective device uses hydraulic pump to inject the high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder to make the piston have axial displacement. The front connecting head of the piston rod is pressure onto the bearing pedestal to satisfy the pressure requirement for production.

(3) Forming part

The forming part mainly refers to the main engine part and the core part is roller. When there are too many materials between the two rollers or metal block goes into the rollers, the hydraulic cylinder piston rod will pressed, and the hydraulic pump will stop, and the energy accumulator will have buffer action on the pressure change. The overflow valve will start for oil return and the piston rod will have displacement to increase the gap between the two rollers, so that the hard materials will go through the rollers, and then the system pressure will resume to normal, this design can protect the roller from being damaged. According to the requirement for the press density, this machine can be adjusted in pressure, so that the production process is mobile and flexible.
